Job Title: Billingual - Spanish Translator

Location: Conover NC 28613

Duration: 2+ Months

Pay rate: $17/hr. on W2

Job Description:

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

Spanish Translator

Part time or full time. No more than 40 hours per week

Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM or 8AM-12PM

Interviews are Required

Must haves:

• Bilingual in Spanish/English
• Sit for 4/8 hours
• Detail oriented

Education Requirement(s):

• Minimum High School Diploma/GED.

Summary:

• Temporary position responsible for reviewing and editing documents translated from English to Spanish using AI tools. This includes SOPs, PowerPoint presentations, flyers, and other internal communications. Document review, editing, and validation of translated materials. Ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, sentence structure, terminology, and overall composition in Spanish while maintaining the original meaning of the English content.
• Maintain organization and follow standards set by management.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent organization skills
• Strong Spanish language proficiency (reading and writing)
• Ability to review and correct AI-translated content
• Ability to identify grammar, spelling, and terminology errors
• Written/Verbal Communication Skills - Must follow detailed instructions.
• Computer Skills - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Email

Expectations/Guidelines:

• Review and edit documents translated from English to Spanish using AI tools
• Validate grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure
• Ensure correct terminology and consistency across documents
• Maintain original meaning and intent of content
• Identify and correct unclear or inaccurate translations
• Maintain formatting and readability of documents
• Assist in overall department functions and additional duties as assigned
